Exchange Policy:
If you want to exchange something you bought from Glare Naturals, you have 7 days to do so, but only if:
- It’s still in its original packaging.
- The seal on the product is still unbroken.
- The packaging hasn’t been opened or messed with.
*Remember, items bought on sale can’t be exchanged or returned unless you got the wrong item.
How to Exchange:
- Email us at info@glarenaturals.com to ask for an exchange.
- Tell us why you want to exchange the item and don’t forget to include your order number and the detail of the items in the email.
- After confirmation, you have to send the item back to us in its original packaging with the seal intact at our address.
- We’ll send you the replacement item you want.
- You’ll have to pay for the shipping charges.
Returns Policy:
Glare Naturals will give you a full refund or replace any faulty or damaged items.
If you change your mind about the products you bought, you can return them to us for a refund under these conditions:
- The products are unopened and still in their original condition.
- You send them back within 7 days of getting them.
- Make sure to include your proof of purchase/order information with the return.
How to Return:
- Take pictures of the damaged or faulty items you want to return.
- Email us at info@glarenaturals.com to ask for a return and attach the pictures of the products.
- Tell us why you’re returning the item, and include your order number and the names of the items in the email.
- Send the item back to us in its original packaging with the seal intact at our address.
- We’ll give you a coupon for the same amount as the item you’re returning.
- You’ll have to pay for the shipping charges.
