Return & Exchange Policy

Exchange Policy:

If you want to exchange something you bought from Glare Naturals, you have 7 days to do so, but only if:

  1. It’s still in its original packaging.
  2. The seal on the product is still unbroken.
  3. The packaging hasn’t been opened or messed with.

*Remember, items bought on sale can’t be exchanged or returned unless you got the wrong item.

How to Exchange:

  1. Email us at info@glarenaturals.com to ask for an exchange.
  2. Tell us why you want to exchange the item and don’t forget to include your order number and the detail of the items in the email.
  3. After confirmation, you have to send the item back to us in its original packaging with the seal intact at our address.
  4. We’ll send you the replacement item you want.
  5. You’ll have to pay for the shipping charges.

Returns Policy:

Glare Naturals will give you a full refund or replace any faulty or damaged items.

If you change your mind about the products you bought, you can return them to us for a refund under these conditions:

  1. The products are unopened and still in their original condition.
  2. You send them back within 7 days of getting them.
  3. Make sure to include your proof of purchase/order information with the return.

How to Return:

  1. Take pictures of the damaged or faulty items you want to return.
  2. Email us at info@glarenaturals.com to ask for a return and attach the pictures of the products.
  3. Tell us why you’re returning the item, and include your order number and the names of the items in the email.
  4. Send the item back to us in its original packaging with the seal intact at our address.
  5. We’ll give you a coupon for the same amount as the item you’re returning.
  6. You’ll have to pay for the shipping charges.
